Doing business with Fusion Solar Projects was by far one of the best experiences I've had in terms of customer service. It was a pleasure dealing with them from the first phone call right through to system hand over. Some of the highlights: - Before providing system sizing options, they installed an energy monitor to accurately determine the required system size.
- They provided multiple options ranging from just enough to deal with load shedding, all they way through to going completely off grid.
- Advanced PV yield estimation tools were used to ensure sufficient panels for my needs.
- Piet (Managing Director) was involved from start to finish, and did multiple site visits.
- Michael went out of his way to ensure the project is completed in within the estimated time-frame (going as far as transporting equipment from the supplier after the supplier indicated they were experiencing delivery delays).
